Welcome to Dania Beach Crew House — flexible, budget-friendly rooms built for people who need a real place to stay without the hassle of a traditional lease.

We’re owner-operated and live onsite — this isn’t a faceless rental company. Dania Beach Crew House was born in 2021, during the recovery from COVID, when we saw how many people needed a simple, flexible place to land. Over 5 years later, we’re still doing it the same way: personally, and with care for who’s staying under our roof.

We offer Private Rooms, Shared Rooms, and an Efficiency Unit, with weekly (7-night) and monthly (30-night) pricing options. Every room includes beds, fresh linens, pillows, blankets, and a towel for each guest. Private and Shared Rooms come with a TV and mini-fridge, while the Efficiency Unit features a full fridge/freezer along with its own private bathroom and kitchen. All kitchens are equipped with basic cooking utensils, drinkware, plates, silverware, a microwave, coffee maker, and water kettle.

There are no additional charges — water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are always included. We don’t require deposits, first-and-last month’s rent, or contracts. Stays are prepaid in advance, and you’re free to extend your stay or leave whenever your plans change. It’s a hassle-free system: you pay, you stay — or you leave.
