Welcome to MRH Crew House — flexible, budget-friendly rooms built for people who need a real place to stay without the hassle of a traditional lease.
We’re owner-operated and live onsite — this isn’t a faceless rental company. Dania Beach Crew House was born in 2021, during the recovery from COVID, when we saw how many people needed a simple, flexible place to land. Over 5 years later, we’re still doing it the same way: personally, and with care for who’s staying under our roof.
Whether you’re in town for work, between contracts, studying nearby, or just need a comfortable base for a few weeks or months, we’ve designed our rooms around simplicity. No deposits, no first-and-last-month’s rent, no long-term contracts — just prepay for the stay you need, and extend or leave whenever your plans change.
Every room comes fully equipped: beds, linens, a TV, mini-fridge (or full fridge in our Efficiency Unit), and access to a shared kitchen stocked with the basics. Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are always included — no surprise charges, ever.
We keep a respectful, easygoing house where everyone looks out for shared spaces and each other. If you’re looking for a simple, honest place to stay near Dania Beach, we’d love to have you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you require a deposit or a lease?
No. We don’t require deposits, first-and-last month’s rent, or contracts. You simply prepay for your stay.
What’s the difference between Private, Shared, and Efficiency rooms?
Private and Shared Rooms include a TV and mini-fridge, with access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. The Efficiency Unit adds a private bathroom and private kitchen, plus a full fridge/freezer, while still sharing the laundry room.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes — the shortest stay we offer is weekly (7 nights). We also offer monthly (30-night) rates at a lower nightly cost. We don’t offer daily rentals.
Are utilities and Wi-Fi included?
Yes, always. Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included in every rate — no hidden charges.
If I check out early, do I get a refund?
We keep it simple and fair: unused nights are prorated, but refunds never exceed 50% of what you prepaid.
Can I park a car or store belongings at the property if I’m not currently renting?
No — parking and storage are only available to guests actively renting a room.
Can I use your address for mail or deliveries?
Amazon and package deliveries are fine. However, our address can’t be used to open bank accounts, get a driver’s license, or for other official/government purposes.
How do I book a room?
Just reach out by call, text, or WhatsApp (see our Contact page) with your desired dates and room type, and we’ll confirm availability.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Zelle, or Venmo — no card processing fees, and payment is instant.
Do you allow pets?
We love pets as much as you do, but unfortunately we’re not able to accommodate them at this time. We hope you understand, and we’re happy to help you find pet-friendly options nearby if needed.
