House Rules

• Our policy is simple: respect everyone as you expect to be respected.
• You are sharing a home with others, and everyone has different work schedules. A housemate may be resting or sleeping at any time, so please always be mindful of noise and behavior.
• You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself at all times.
• If you cook, you clean.
• If you shave, you leave the sink clean.
• If you use shared areas, you leave them tidy for the next person.
• Food and drinks left in the shared kitchen belong to the person who bought them. You may politely ask to borrow something, and if the person agrees, you must replenish it later. Always be courteous and respectful.
• This is a shared environment, so no one can monopolize the washer, dryer, or kitchen. Everyone gets fair access.
• Our goal is peace, harmony, and the sense of being a good, sensible housemate. Treat others well, keep shared spaces clean, and enjoy a comfortable, respectful living environment.
